What is MyActivitySheet?
MyActivitySheet is a SaaS platform for task and activity management. It helps teams log daily work, get manager approvals, track projects with Gantt charts, and generate reports — all in one place.
How does the Yesterday / Today / Tomorrow activity model work?
Each working day has three activity slots: Yesterday (what you did yesterday), Today (what you're doing today), and Tomorrow (what you plan to do tomorrow). The system automatically advances these dates each working day, skipping weekends and holidays configured by your admin.
What are the different user roles?
There are five roles: Super User (system admin), Corporate Admin (company owner), Line Manager (approves team tasks/activities), Moderator (activity approvals), and Employee (regular user). Each role has specific permissions.
How does task occupancy work?
Each task has an occupancy percentage representing the effort required. The system ensures that the total occupancy of all active tasks for a user never exceeds 100%, preventing overallocation.
Can I set up custom holidays?
Yes. Corporate Admins can configure weekly off days (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) and one-off holidays (e.g., Diwali, Independence Day). These affect the date calculations for activities.
How do approval workflows work?
When an employee requests to drop or complete a task, or drop an activity, their line manager receives a notification. The manager can approve or reject with one click. All decisions are logged for audit purposes.
Is my data safe?
All corporate data is fully isolated using multi-tenant architecture. Your employees can only see data within your organisation. We use industry-standard security practices for authentication and data storage.
Can multiple people manage the same project?
Yes. Projects support multiple team members with Manager and Member roles. Managers can edit project details; all members can view the Gantt chart and milestones.
How does pricing work?
We charge per user per month. The more users you have, the lower the per-user rate. Subscriptions are managed by your Corporate Admin. Contact us for annual billing options.
Can I run reports for my team?
Line Managers and Corporate Admins can run reports filtered by date range. Reports show task completion rates, activity counts, and individual performance summaries.
How do I invite team members?
Corporate Admins can add employees from the Team page. Once added, employees receive their login credentials and can start logging activities immediately.
