Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MyActivitySheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
MyActivitySheet provides a SaaS platform for task management, activity tracking, project management, and reporting for teams and organisations.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
5. Subscription and payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed per user per month. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on the platform. By using MyActivitySheet, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyActivitySheet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
