- Profile data: Designation, mobile number, gender, date of birth, and profile image (all optional).
- Work data: Tasks, activities, projects, and associated records created by you or your corporate admin.
- Usage data: Log data, session tokens, and IP addresses for security purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the MyActivitySheet platform.
- Send notifications related to your tasks and activities.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Multi-tenant data isolation
Each corporate account is fully isolated. Users of one corporate cannot access data belonging to another corporate. Corporate Admins can access all data within their own organisation.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., email delivery, SMS providers) under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Deleted accounts are soft-deleted and can be permanently removed upon written request.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, bcrypt password hashing, and JWT-based session tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
